The Eagle has landed…

trip out to Plockton on Wednesday, then on over to Applecross via the pass of the cattle and what a great trip…

on the top with a view over to Raasay to http://lifeattheendoftheroad.wordpress.com/ where we saw Two Golden Eagles soar over our heads and fly down the valley just to land out of view from prying eyes. Such a treat…

we stopped half way down and took a look for some antlers but found some very colorful rocks with lichens on..

Thursday saw us up to Portree for a spot of shopping and a bite to eat then on beyond, up to Claigen and coral beach to walk the dogs

  1. Ah Loch Kishorn and The Bealach . Spent three happy years working on a fish farm in Kishorn that was my playground. I would quite often take the trip over the Applecross for Sunday lunch. Happy days

      • Pity you are not their for summer solstice from the top of the Bealach you can watch the sun set and not long after rise again. Never managed to see it as it was always cloudy.
